Raul Cuero's' video had a lot of great points and many wonderful pieces of advice.  Raul spoke about creativity in terms of how to create.  He spoke how in order to be creative you need to create with your hands and observe not necessarily have an active creative imagination.  He talked about how the school has to try and instill more into students that just because you are learning doesn't mean you have knowledge.  What you do with what you've learned is knowledge.  Dr. Raul Cuero describes universal consciousness as the ability to connect ideas and knowledge beyond individual experiences.  With that Dr. Cuero stresses that to excel, one must fully immerse themselves in their work, maintaining a high level of engagement and intensity despite challenges.  But he also says creativity and success are not instant; they require a process of trial, error, and refinement.  The advice Raul got from his grandmother to encourage him to develop resilience and determination. With this great advice Raul also had great mentors who are crucial for personal and intellectual growth. Dr. Cuero discusses how mentors guide individuals by providing insights, encouragement, and real-life knowledge that formal education often lacks. Inductive knowledge comes from direct experience and observation, while deductive knowledge is derived from logical reasoning based on existing principles. Dr. Cuero highlights the importance of balancing both approaches in problem-solving and learning.  Raul Cuero emphasizes that maintaining a balance between the mind, body, and spirit is essential for achieving excellence and living a fulfilling life.

I agree with almost everything Raul said.  I strongly believe that knowledge is what you do with what you've learned and that the education system fails in that area.  I don't know about the mind, body and spirit but I also feel that is a personal belief not a general understanding.  I do agree to an extent I believe it's important to take care of all three.  The lessons I would like to use would be the knowledge lesson.  I feel as though I intake much information but rarely do I ever apply these lessons that I learn into my projects that I work on or life around me.  I think I might forward with being more self-aware in that aspect of life.
